The transition between curved conveyors and straight conveyor systems is particularly complex, due to differences in speed, changes in transport direction and variations in roller diameter.
Without a good transition, products can get stuck, which can lead to damage to the product or the conveyor system, dangerous situations for employees and disruptions in the product flow. In some applications, it is also crucial that the orientation of products is maintained – something that cannot be guaranteed without a stable transition solution. All these problems cause production losses, unwanted downtime and high costs.

Type DPS
The transition module type DPS (Dead Plate Short) has been specially developed for a seamless connection between a curve conveyor and a straight transport system. Thanks to the well-thought-out design with a radius on one side, the module fits perfectly on the curve conveyor.
The modules are mounted as standard on plating that is attached directly to the curve conveyor and contributes to increased safety. The transition plate itself has a matt structure, which ensures a low friction coefficient. This promotes a smooth flow of products and contributes to a safer working environment.

Type DPL
The transition module type DPL (Dead Plate Long) has been specially developed for a seamless connection between a curve conveyor and a straight transport system. Thanks to the well-thought-out design with a radius on both sides, the module fits perfectly on both curve conveyors and straight routes.
The modules are mounted as standard on plating that is attached directly to the curve conveyor and contributes to increased safety. Type TMS
The TMS (Transfer Module Short) transition module is designed for an extremely smooth connection between a curve conveyor and a straight transport system. This module is equipped with small, non-driven rollers that support the transition of products with minimal resistance.
Thanks to these rollers, the TMS is ideally suited for transporting light, fragile or difficult to handle products. The movement is subtly guided, which prevents damage and keeps the product flow optimal. The module is mounted on safety-enhancing plating that is attached directly to the curve conveyor. In this way, this module also contributes to a safe, efficient and trouble-free working environment.

Type TML
The TML (Transfer Module Long) transition module is designed for an extremely smooth connection between a curve conveyor and a straight transport system. This module is equipped with small, non-driven rollers that support the transition of products with minimal resistance.
Thanks to these rollers, the TML is ideally suited for transporting light, fragile or difficult to handle products. Type ATP-mini motor
The ATP-mini motor (Active Transfer Plate) type transition module has been specially developed to achieve an extremely smooth and reliable transition between a curved conveyor and a straight transport system. This compact, driven module is equipped with a micro-pitch modular link belt, and is available in two lengths: 80 mm and 150 mm.
Thanks to the fine drive of the micro-pitch link belt, the product transfer is smooth and without hitches. This makes the module particularly suitable for the transport of light, fragile or difficult to handle products. The products are guided subtly, which prevents damage and the product flow remains uninterrupted.
The mini motor (6–15V DC) ensures a quiet and efficient drive, while the maintenance-free design guarantees that the module does not need to be re-tensioned.

Type ATP-keyed shaft
