Kramer & Duyvis B.V., with whom the Business Partner maintains a relationship, is responsible for the processing of personal data.

For Business Partners, the following personal data is processed, among others: contact details such as name, position, business address, business telephone number, and business email address.

Kramer & Duyvis B.V. uses personal data to send quotations, enter into agreements, deliver products, perform work, invoice, and communicate.
(Potential) suppliers and contractors
Kramer & Duyvis B.V. uses personal data to request quotations, enter into agreements, place orders, pay invoices, and communicate.
How long is personal data stored?
Customers, suppliers and other contractors
Personal data of customers, suppliers and other contractors is stored for 20 years after the calendar year in which the contract end date occurs.
Potential customers, suppliers and other contractors
Personal data of potential customers, suppliers and other contractors is stored for 5 years after the calendar year in which the last contact took place.
From whom does Kramer & Duyvis B.V. receive personal data?
Kramer & Duyvis B.V. receives personal data from:
- the individual
- a colleague of the individual
- public sources, such as the internet
Does Kramer & Duyvis B.V. share personal data with third parties?
In connection with the performance of a possible agreement, it may be necessary for Kramer & Duyvis B.V. to provide personal data to parties that supply components, materials, products and services to us, or that carry out work on our behalf.
Kramer & Duyvis B.V. does not transfer personal data to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or an international organisation, except in certain cases the business contact details of employees for the benefit of international customers or suppliers.

Customers, suppliers or other contractors, collectively referred to as “data subjects”, have the following rights:
right to information: data subjects have the right to ask whether, and which, personal data about him/her is being processed;
right of access: data subjects can check whether, and how, their data is being processed;
right to rectification: if it becomes clear that the data is incorrect, the data subject may request correction;
right to be forgotten: in cases where the data subject has given consent for data processing, the data subject has the right to have the personal data deleted;
right to object: data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. This will be honoured unless there are legitimate grounds for processing.
