A curved conveyor, also called a circular conveyor or curved belt, is used to change the conveying direction of a product in a production process. By using a curved conveyor in a production line, the position of the product is maintained, fragile products (flowers, chocolate, biscuits, dough, etc.) are not damaged, production space can be saved or obstacles are conveyed around.

Type R (15°-360°)

The R-curve has been built by Kramer & Duyvis in steel (coated in your desired RAL color) or stainless steel since the 1960s and is still the most proven curved conveyor in its segment. When it comes to high belt speeds, polluted environment, varying speeds and or start stops, it comes down to the fact that you as a user want as little maintenance as possible on your round conveyor. The R-series from Kramer & Duyvis excels in this segment!

Type KDC (25°-180°)

The KDC (Kramer & Duyvis Curve) is the most economical round conveyor belt in its class. If it is continuous transport and it concerns a clean and dry environment, the KDC comes into its own. The KDC has a standard aluminum profile frame, cylindrical transitions of Ø40 mm and a minimum inner radius of 300 mm.

Load: Max. 35 kg

Speed: Max. 50 m/min (in the outer radius)

Type KDZ (180°)

The KDZ (Kramer & Duyvis without inner radius) is the most compact and economical 180° curved conveyor in its class. This curved conveyor has the same technique as the Type KDC, only the KDZ has no inner radius. If it is continuous transport and it concerns a clean and dry environment, the KDZ comes into its own. As standard, the KDZ has a frame made of aluminum profile, cylindrical transitions of Ø40 mm and (as mentioned earlier) no inner radius.

Type BMK (35°-180°)

The Kramer & Duyvis BMK curved belt conveyor has been specially developed for the transport of small, light products. The BMK round conveyor has a stainless steel frame and a cylindrical knife bar of Ø15 mm as standard. Depending on the weight, speed and belt width, you can choose a rolling knife or a fixed knife.

Type VEHO Curve (45°/ 90°/ 180°)

The VEHO Curve round conveyor from Kramer & Duyvis is a circular conveyor with positive drive and closed belt of a quality that you are used to from Kramer & Duyvis. The VEHO Curve has a closed plastic modular belt with a fixed inner radius of 600 mm that does not require a straight entry and exit section. This results in compact, strong and safe plastic modular round conveyor, without unnecessary loss of space for straight sections before and after the curve.
