Curved Roller Conveyor Type RD50C

The most commonly used curved roller conveyor is the Roller Drive conveyor type RD50C. Roller Drive conveyors are frequently used for transporting (large) rigid products such as boxes, trays, or crates.

To ensure a long service life, the application of the RD50C Curved Roller Conveyor should meet the following conditions:

The base frame of the RD50C Driven Curved Roller Conveyor is constructed from an aluminium profile that has been developed based on years of user experience. The T-slots in the profiles are designed to allow standard fastening components to be inserted from the side. This enables additional components, such as side guides or photoelectric sensors, to be easily mounted to the frame by either us or the customer, even after delivery. The T-slots can also be sealed afterwards using plastic cover strips.

Thanks to a standardized design, the driven curved roller conveyors are available in various widths. The modular concept also makes it possible to supply a wide range of driven roller conveyor configurations to suit different applications.
